Aardvark & Baby Ghost is a comic strip following the titular characters Aardvark and Baby Ghost in their barren home, the Badlands. Aardvark is reserved, direct, and often sarcastic. He’s lived in the harsh Badlands his whole life and is the last of his species. Aardvark acts as a guardian to a lost and lonely little ghost appropriately named Baby Ghost. As optimistic as he is naïve, Baby Ghost is the antithesis of Aardvark. Despite this, he’s convinced he can loosen up his curmudgeonly caretaker and help him see the brighter side of life in the Badlands.

 

The Badlands where the comic strip takes place is a location shrouded in oddities ranging from the mysterious to the absurd. Abandoned underground bunkers, pirate ships in the sand, termite kingdoms, and haunted cow skulls are just a few of the strange toys in Aardvark and Baby Ghost’s strange and expansive playground. When it comes to exploring the Badlands, no idea is too bizarre.
