Hi, I'm David.

I'm an illustrator, cartoonist, designer, and storyteller from Pennsylvania. I attended college at Kent State University and graduated with a BFA in Visual Communication Design. There I studied character design, graphic narrative, brand identities, and pretty much every other way we communicate visually!

I'm always looking to become inspired by the little things we take for granted; I often find the ordinary can lead to extraordinary stories! I've been lucky enough to spread my outlook on design and illustration at Kent State, where I've taught as an instructor of VCD since 2023. During this time, I've always tried to emphasize my three key I's of design: Intention, Iteration, and Imagination!

 

Through practice and patience, I've had the chance to bring stories to life with my illustration and design skills. With no plans on stopping anytime soon, I hope you'll join me as my journey continues.
